Custom Apparel Service Policy

 

 

Custom Service Fee

A $25 non-refundable service fee is required for all custom apparel orders. This fee covers design consultation, artwork preparation, mockups, sizing coordination, production setup, and administrative processing.


** This fee must be paid before any design work or production begins.


Non-Refundable & Final Sale Policy

All custom apparel items and service fees are final sale.

*** The $25 service fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Order cancellations
  • Design changes after approval
  • Incorrect sizing provided by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Failure to respond or complete order

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 

Order Approval

Customers will receive a design proof for review (if applicable). It is the customer’s responsibility to verify:

  • Spelling
  • Colors
  • Sizing
  • Placement

Once approved, production begins and no changes can be made.


Rush Order Fees

Rush production is subject to availability and must be approved prior to payment.

  • 3–5 business days: $15–$30 rush fee
  • 48–72 hours: $40+ expedited fee
  • Same-day (if available): Custom quote required

**** Rush fees are non-refundable.


Bulk Order Terms

 

Bulk pricing begins at 10 or more items.

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required
  • Remaining balance due before pickup or shipment
  • Bulk discounts do not waive the $25 service fee
  • Changes after production begins may result in additional charges
  • Large orders may require extended production timelines  

 

 

 

Delivery Fees (Local)

Local delivery starts at $10 and increases based on distance.

  • Delivery must be scheduled
  • Missed delivery attempts may result in an additional fee
  • Delivery fees must be paid prior to dispatch

 

Shipping – USPS Priority Mail

Orders requiring shipment will be sent via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after shipment
  • Tracking information will be provided
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been transferred

Pickup & Storage Policy

Customers selecting pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

 

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days
  • After 7 days, a $5 per day storage fee applies
  • Orders not picked up within 30 days may be forfeited without refund

 

Electronic Agreement

By checking the required box at checkout and completing payment, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and agree to this Custom Apparel Service Policy
  • Your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement
  • You authorize production of your custom order
  • You understand that all custom sales are final

Failure to review this policy does not exempt you from these terms.
